How to use

2 ml (1 ml + 1 ml) · two strains · one device

Part of the Terp Vault vape range — True Terpenes, ceramic carts, and dual tank devices.

On arrival the tanks may look half full. That is normal.
Each side is filled by weight — 1 g per tank (2 g per device), 1 ml + 1 ml. Thick distillate sits lower in the window than thin oil. Do not assume it is under-filled and do not try to top it up.

Before you start

  • Charge before first use (USB-C).
  • Store upright.
  • Keep the mouthpiece and the small air holes at the base clear. This device fires on the draw, so covered holes mean it will not heat.

On / off

Click the button 5 times within 2.5 seconds. Both lights flash 5 times. Same 5 clicks to turn it off. After it is off it will not draw-fire or preheat.

If a draw does nothing, it is probably off — 5-click again.

Choose a tank

Left — left tank only
Right — right tank only
Middle — both tanks together (smoother, slightly cooler)
Lights flash 3 times on the side you selected.

How to hit

The button does not fire the device.
It only turns the device on and off, and starts preheat. Holding the button does nothing.
  1. One preheat at the start of the session only. Click the button 2 times. The light comes on, stays on about 7 seconds, then fades. One click during preheat cancels it.
  2. Take a short, steady draw. Do not hold the button. The airflow sensor fires the tank you selected. Do not rip it — the device cuts off after 10 seconds.
  3. Wait a few seconds between hits so the oil can catch up.

While you draw, the light on the active side brightens, stays on, then fades.

Do not preheat again and again.
Extra preheats overheat the oil and can flood the airway or taste burnt. If the device is already warm and hitting fine, skip preheat.

Charge

  • USB-C. Both lights stay on while charging; they go off when full. Unplugging flashes both lights 3 times.
  • Unplug first — you cannot vape, switch tanks, or power on/off while charging.
  • Both lights flash 10 times when you try to draw = charge it. Oil can still be left in the tanks.

Lights

5 flashes both
On / off — normal.
2 flashes one side
Draw was too long — take shorter puffs.
4 flashes one side
That tank’s coil — use the other tank.
10 flashes both
Battery low — charge.
Solid both
Charging — wait, then unplug to use.
3 flashes both
Charger unplugged — normal.
No light, no vapour
Off, clog, or covered air holes — 5-click on, one preheat, then draw (do not hold the button). Check the base holes are clear.

Care

  • Upright in a bag or pocket. Don’t leave it on its side in heat.
  • Don’t cover the small holes at the base when you draw. The sensor needs that airflow to fire.
  • Tight pull: one preheat, then a few short sips. Don’t poke the mouthpiece. Don’t keep preheating.
  • One tank empty? Switch to the other. Don’t keep drawing on an empty side.
