How to use

Two 510 threads · switch or blend · 3 voltages · USB-C

This battery holds two screw-on 510 carts at once. You fire one side or both together. It is not the sealed Dual Tank Switch — carts come on and off the threads.

Screw each cart on straight and snug — do not overtighten.
Store the battery upright with both carts on. On its side in heat, oil runs into the mouthpieces.

Before you start

  • Charge before first use (USB-C).
  • Fit both carts fully onto the 510 threads.
  • Wipe the threads if you see oil — a wet connection is the usual “no fire” cause.

On / off

Click the button 5 times quickly. Lights confirm it is on. If nothing happens when you fire, it is probably off — 5-click again.

You can also draw-activate when it is on: a short pull will fire the selected side(s) without holding the button.

Choose a cart

Left — left cart only
Right — right cart only
Both / middle — both carts together (blend) Use the switch to pick a side before you hit. Don’t keep firing a cart that is already empty.

Voltage (3 clicks)

2.5V — cooler, more flavour, better for thick oil
3.0V — everyday setting
3.5V — warmer — only if 3.0V feels weakClick the button 3 times to step through the three levels. Lights change with the voltage. Same voltage applies to whichever cart you have selected.

How to hit

  1. One preheat at the start of the session only. Click the button 2 times. Wait for the preheat cycle (~10 seconds).
  2. Hold the button or take a short draw. Keep it short and steady.
  3. Wait a few seconds between hits so the oil can catch up.
Do not preheat again and again.
Extra preheats overheat the oil and can flood a cart or taste burnt. If it is already warm and hitting fine, skip preheat.

Charge

  • USB-C. Unplug to use.
  • Lights show battery in three steps — charge when it is on the lowest.
  • Oil can still be left in the carts when the battery is flat.

Care

  • Upright in a bag or pocket.
  • Don’t leave empty carts on the threads and keep firing.
  • Tight pull: one preheat, then short sips. Don’t poke the cart holes.
  • One cart done? Switch to the other. Swap the empty for a fresh 510 cart when you can.
